Importance of using a Pet safety car restraint
December 9, 2014
As it is so important for us to wear our seatbelt in the car, it is just as inportant to have our dog in a seatbelt as well. Some may think it is silly, but if you got in a car accident what do you think would happen to your dog if he was not secured in a dog harness seatbelt? The dog could be thrown out of the car, the dog
could be thrown into the front were a passager or driver could be injured by the impacted of the dog .
Put your dog's safety first as well as others in the car and secure the dog in a pet Harness seatbelt.
Now unfortunatley not all pet car harness are the same, there is alot of them out there that claim they
will protect your pet. Crash test have been done on many of the Harnesss and it would seem the best
one to buy is Sleeppod. I would suggest that you do your own reseach and see which one you think
passes the crash test. You can also check out a report at cbc Paws for Concern www.cbc.ca
